No need to pay extra for expensive laundry services. We will remove all linens, towels, rugs, etc. and launder them with top-of-the-line detergents. We iron all sheets, so they give the best look to your guests, and ensure there are no stains left from previous guests. Don't fret over small turn around times! With Maid for Detail Managing your property we make sure each unit always has a clean and ironed set of linens and towels before your current guest even leaves, with each property having 2 sets for each room.

Inventory Management

We will take inventory with each guest, make sure nothing is missing, or needs replaced, and we even do the shopping for you! We also take pictures of damages and report directly to the owner. You can take comfort in knowing the Air BnB will always be stocked and ready to go for every guest.

Deep Cleaning, every turn

Each room is cleaned top to bottom, left to right, as a means to leave nothing unturned. We will vacuum baseboards, vacuum under and around all furniture, vacuum inside couch cushions, chairs, and all mattresses. We dust all fans, vents, and windowsills. Our 3 Step Turnover Process:

At Maid for Detail Cleaning, we have incorporated a 3-step cleaning process to take the guesswork out of if the job was done right. We start with a full inspection of the property by one of our quality control managers to make sure there are no new damages, and to help us prepare the cleaning staff with all the tools necessary for a successful cleaning. Next, we schedule and send in our professionally trained cleaners to provide high quality, detailed cleaning. Last, our quality control manager comes back to the property, does a full QC and walkthrough to ensure nothing was left undone, and if anything needs perfecting, we get it done. This process gives our clients piece of mind in knowing their property is getting the highest level of service possible.
